Campaigns
A campaign is a reusable feedback workflow owned by your workspace. Campaigns are useful when the same feedback link is shared in more than one place.
When to use a campaign link
Use a campaign link for broad placements such as:
- receipt QR codes
- email footers
- SMS templates
- front desk cards
- public pages
- internal workflow tools
Campaign links are general links. They do not identify a specific customer, order, job, appointment, ticket, or case on their own.
Saved sharing presets
Saved sharing presets help you reuse placement details. For example, you might create presets for:
- Receipt QR
- Email snippet
- Technician follow-up
- Front desk card
Each preset can store source and UTM fields. Those fields describe where the link was placed so response analytics can show basic source snapshots.
Campaign links versus tracked requests
Use a campaign link when you want a reusable check-in link. Use a tracked request when you need the feedback link tied to a known customer or service moment.
You can open campaign links and snippet tools from the campaign Links page.
