Getting started
Set up your account, workspace, first campaign, and feedback workflow.
Start with the smallest working AfterCheck loop: a workspace, a public business profile, a campaign, one neutral next action, and a way to review responses.
Basic setup path
- Sign in with the email address you use for AfterCheck.
- Open Account and complete your profile details.
- Create your first organization workspace from Workspace setup.
- Set the public business name, contact details, website, and accent color.
- Add a location or service area if it helps identify where feedback came from.
- Add one neutral next action for the thank-you page.
- Create a campaign and share a campaign link, or create a tracked request.
- Review responses in the Feedback Inbox.
Feedback-first posture
AfterCheck collects private feedback first. Optional next actions can appear after feedback is received, but they should be useful links for all customers. Do not use AfterCheck to filter customers by sentiment before showing a public profile or review link.
What to do next
- Use campaigns for reusable placements such as QR codes, receipts, or email snippets.
- Use tracked requests when you need customer, job, order, appointment, or ticket attribution.
- Use exports, API keys, and webhooks when AfterCheck needs to connect with other systems your business uses.
