AfterCheck help
Import requests
Bulk request import helps you create tracked feedback links from a small CSV export or spreadsheet.
Import flow
- Open Import requests.
- Download the CSV template.
- Choose the campaign and optional location for the imported requests.
- Upload your CSV file.
- Map columns to supported request fields.
- Review the preview and validation results.
- Confirm the import to create tracked requests.
Supported fields
The template includes:
- customer name
- customer email
- external reference
- source
- UTM source, medium, campaign, content, and term
- location name
What import does not do
CSV import creates request links only. It does not create a customer database, does not send automatic email, and does not import sensitive records that AfterCheck does not need.
Fix invalid rows before confirming the import. Duplicate external references are warned or skipped according to the preview behavior.
Troubleshooting import errors
When an import needs attention:
- Download the result CSV or error CSV.
- Check that customer email values are valid.
- Check that each row has a customer name, customer email, or external reference.
- Check duplicate external references for the selected campaign.
- Check that location names match active AfterCheck locations exactly when a location column is mapped.
- Re-run the import after fixing the source CSV.
If you still need help, open Support and include the import ID, campaign name, source system, and a short summary of the row errors. Do not send full customer lists unless a secure support process is arranged.
