Next Actions
Next actions are optional links shown after a customer completes feedback. They can help customers find the next useful step without changing the private feedback-first flow.
Common next actions
Examples include:
- website
- booking page
- contact or support page
- customer portal
- public business profile
- social profile
Safe use
Keep next actions neutral. A public profile or review destination can be useful, but it should not appear only because a customer chose Positive. Customers who choose Neutral or Needs attention should not be hidden from the same neutral business links solely because of their sentiment.
Managing next actions
Use Next Actions to create, edit, activate, deactivate, and sort links. The thank-you page only shows active next actions.
