Notifications and email
Notifications help your team notice important workspace activity and operational changes.
In-app notifications
The notification center shows workspace activity that needs review or confirms an operational change. You can mark notifications read one at a time or mark all as read.
All available in-app notification preferences start enabled so new workspaces can see activity as it happens.
Notification preferences
Use Notification settings to choose which workspace events create in-app or email notifications.
Webhook subscriptions are managed from Webhooks, not from notification preferences.
Email behavior
Workspace email notifications depend on email delivery settings for the environment. Needs attention feedback is the default immediate email rule.
Customer request invitation email is separate. It is sent only from explicit request workflows when email delivery is enabled. CSV import does not send email automatically.
Troubleshooting email
If an expected email is not sent:
- Confirm the customer request has a valid customer email.
- Check whether the request has already received a response.
- Check the request send state on the request detail page.
- Confirm the workspace notification/email settings match the intended behavior.
- Confirm live email delivery is enabled for the environment.
Open Support with the workspace name, request ID, and page URL if you need help. Do not include customer lists or provider secrets.
