AfterCheck is designed for private feedback between a customer and the business that requested the check-in.
Private feedback
Feedback submitted through AfterCheck is private to the business workspace unless the business independently chooses to share it. AfterCheck is not a public review platform and does not guarantee ratings, public reviews, or customer responses.
Data portability
Exports help businesses keep feedback records portable. Use exports for operational review, record keeping, and moving information into other systems.
Only upload or export data your business has permission to use.

Contact and legal details are maintained in the public policies and environment configuration for each lane.
For account, export, deletion, or privacy questions that are not covered by the policy pages, use Support. Include the workspace name and request ID or import ID when available, but do not send secrets or full exported files unless a secure support process is arranged.
